Kind of tired of Resident Evil now. Capcom needs to just stop with it and Street Fighter for a while and bring over Monster Hunter Frontier or some form of it for PS360

or thinking up a totally new game But no-one ever buys their new franchise attempts while their classic series' makes a lot of cash. Dark Void? The Bionic Commando Reboot? Lost Planet? They didn't dominate the market.

I agree no one really does, I skipped out on LP because there was almost no advertising for it that I can recall. Neither was there any for LP2 yet my friend found it. Only reason it did not do so well? Because it was very linear and holding your hand like a lot of other games. Go here --> Activate data post --> Go there --> Shoot --> Activate data post (optional but in reality you should activate!) Fun game [especially after fixing the controls] and the bosses were great, but...the story was forgettable, and everything aside from the boss battles just wasn't as fun. Had elements of MH in it but wasn't nearly as close to it.
Bionic didn't have online MP or are we talking about the one that came out on Disc? Either way the "new" IPs that they are throwing out just aren't getting the same TLC as some of their older ones. Though at least they tried. If they wanted to continue with the fighters reboot they could at least reboot Power Stone...

Trailer for heroes mode that inserts ugly looking versions of previous Resident Evil characters into the game (likely MP) oh and; But no-one ever buys their new franchise attempts while their classic series' makes a lot of cash. Dark Void? The Bionic Commando Reboot? Lost Planet? They didn't dominate the market. Didn't help that they were also really bad games.

Lost Planet wasn't that bad. It was quite bad and had some of the worst aiming and shooting mechanics I've had the misfortune of using.

The whole thing sort of feels like a light gun game being played with a controller, there is very little feedback visually to the shooting and it feels weak and off.

I agree with the horrible shooting mechanics, but I liked the game anyway, at least the 2nd one. Don't even know if I finished the first one.
